I currently own and operate a law firm in Appleton, Wisconsin. My day to day activities include client meetings, case preparation, negotiation and appearances in various courts across the state. I also practice civil litigation (both plaintiff and defense). The firm is currently staffed by three people and continues to grow.

Tampa, FL

I created and managed a company specializing in "search engine optimization." I created legal websites, ranked them to the top of notable search engines and then sold the websites as month-to-month leases. The company currently boasts eight employees and continues to do well.

Jacksonville, Florida

I worked with JAG attorneys to defend men and women accused of military crimes. My primary duties involved legal research and writing. During my time in the office, I would often compose motion and other memoranda memorializing my research. When I wasn't investigating military law, I spent my time helping the attorneys plan for trial.

Singapore

Facilitated M&A and other transactions in the South Pacific. In particular, I was charged with investigating the securities law of foreign countries and drafting prospectuses that complied with those regulations. During my down time, I would often cross-reference purchase agreements and analyze the legality of private equity.
