Deliver best D365 in an interesting environments and customers.I'm creating Software for more than 20 year experience with national and international projects as IT Project Manager, IT Specialist and Solution Architect.I mainly lead and am responsible for projects in the area of Dynamics 365. Here, together with my team, I am responsible for the technical and functional project work as well as for the budget and full contract fulfilment. Traditional project management methods, especially according to the waterfall model, have been replaced in my environment by agile approaches such as Scrum, so I am familiar with both methods and also hybrids.In the past years I have supported the sales department as a solution architect with solutions from the technical and project management side. Due to the complexity of the projects and the planned team, constant consultations with colleagues in the Delivery Centers India, Bratislava and Germany are necessary here. To structure these conceptual considerations accordingly and to represent them internally as well as externally is part of my scope of duties so far.My previous projects are characterized by their international environment, in which I worked together with Indian developers and testers who were supported by colleagues from Bratislava in the requirements analysis. On the customer side, I also accompanied European and international software rollouts in different roles. A corresponding selection of these projects can be found in my resume.
