I am responsible for translating centrally-devised Brand and Marketing Strategies into localised activations that reinforces Brand equity, communicates key messages and stories & supports the Go to Market plan of the local Sales teams.I am working closely with the Marketing Operations Manager for Europe to execute the above via a mix of PR, Advertising and consumer-facing activations.Meanwhile I am supporting the local sales teams of both regions to set Retailer plans that deliver against sales targets & with the local VM teams to ensure that we translate the same messages & plans onto the shop floor or retailer ecommerce sites.
