I am an Operations Manager for ParkOps, a hospitality driven parking management company, specializing in staffing car dealerships with different roles (service valets, wash technicians, shuttle drivers, porters...).

Operational Duties: Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed location managers. Ensure that each location delivers value and excellence to the client. Meet budgeted billing guidelines as defined by Operations Manager. Prompt referral of problems and complaints that cannot be immediately resolved to the Operations Manager. Identify all existing and potential operational problems and make appropriate recommendations to the clients. Develop and recommend client operational efficiencies, revenue opportunities, or cost management strategies. Staff and maintain the relationship with the Philadelphia Eagles to staff their VIP parking needs. Administrative Duties: Recruitment, training, and human resource compliance. Conduct interviews and orientations in accordance with company protocol. Drafting and submitting weekly master schedules before deadlines established by Operations Manager. Daily Management Reporting. Ensure all Managers are properly utilizing and submitting Daily Management Report (AM/PM). Review Management Reports daily and provide follow up communication to employees and/or clients regarding issues with staffing, responsibilities, and complaints. Time and Attendance Management. Ensure all time and attendance records are reviewed and approved by each site manager as required by accounting for the timely billing of clients (within 1 business day of period close). Review payroll, time, and attendance, in accordance with the payroll calendar. Revenue Management. Ensure all ParkOps Billing Procedures are followed for each client. Claims Management: Submit claims electronically within 24 hours of an incident. Ensure the client is aware of major unplanned discrepancies beyond the control of ParkOps/DealerFLEX and seek appropriate consideration prior to the end of the billing cycle. Assist Operations Manager and Corporate Accounting Department by taking action as necessary and ensure timely collection from all accounts.

• Manage the day to day operations of a luxury high rise condominium valet garage• Conduct daily audits and inspections to ensure vehicle validity.• Provide residents and guests with high levels of customer service and assistance.• Work closely with Concierge Staff to ensure vehicle retrievals and departures occur seamlessly.
