• Responsible for reviewing and updating large quantities of Land and Land Administration data. Data is reviewed for errors, training opportunities, process improvements, and overall metric purposes.• Responsible for utilizing Hadoop platform to drive performance and value within Land as well as training others to do the same.• Have managed multiple projects, and participated in many more, that have delivered significant value back to the company• Responsible for working with internal and external audit to ensure compliance with SOX controls• Developed and implemented data load process related to acquisitions and divestitures. Worked primarily in Appalachia Business Units (Pennsylvania and Ohio).• Liaise with landmen, owners, partners, attorneys, and purchasers in obtaining or providing data and explanations to ensure completion of accurate and timely payments. • Responsible for running Division Order specific queries to be used by different Business Units as well as accounting, land, and for audit purposes.• Responsible for working with internal and external audit to ensure compliance with SOX controls• Developed and implemented data load process related to acquisitions and divestitures.
