As a member of the floor staff, I was responsible for selling tickets, operating the cash register, assisting customers, maintaining the theater's cleanliness, checking tickets, setting up movie screens and projectors, selling food and beverages, managing events and promotions, and following safety procedures. The primary goal was to provide excellent customer service and ensure that movie screenings are enjoyable and safe for all customers.
