Since my early days, I have been fascinated by lightweight structures, especially in my case bicycles. That is why I decided to start assisting for the Bikeshop in Amersfoort when I was still in secondary school. Subsequently, I decided to study mechanical engineering and specialized myself in metallurgy and lightweight structures. These specialisms can have major impact in other industries as well such as automotive, aeronautical, off-shore amongst many others. Strong in designing and optimizing metal structures in terms of weight and strength. In my spare time, I love to be active and outside especially on one of my bikes.
