Our partner agency YaR Deliver Personal Development Training within Sandwell to adults, key workers an young people within school setting. Within the community along with 6 day residential for most “at risk” alienated youth in the community.Delivering personal development programmes to over 220 young people at risk of exclusion with partner schools, or NEET with partner agenciesCoordinating 75 trained volunteers within the community – engaging and matching them with young people. Managing relationships, supporting/supervising volunteers to set goals. Responsible for £140k budget 2009 – 2011. Coordinating logistics – setting up and delivering training events. Budget Management – profiling budget.Managing/supervision of 4 key staff – incl administrators Coordinating logistics and monitoring 70 volunteers engaging at risk youth within the community within Schools and partner agencies.

YCAP – DCSF (Department for ChildrenSchools and Families) funded Central Government initiative working in partnership with the Youth Taskforce to address community safety interventions within Sandwell.Coordination and delivery of positive activities for young people on Fri/Sat night – within “Youth crime Hotspot zones” working towards Youth Taskforce “anti - youth crime” agenda. Partner Agencies include – WM Police Authority, Sandwell Youth Service, Sandwell YOS, Sandwell Children’s Services and WM Fire service.Coordinating of 25k activity delivery budget Coordianting of 65k Safer Schools/Operation Stay Safe budgetSandwell YCAP Positive Activities for youth delivered joined up activities “where the youth are” engaging up to 300 young people each weekend, across Sandwell.
