Upon attaining my Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership I decided it was time for me to forge a new career path. I have 23 + years of experience working in auto insurance claims with the last 10 being in field auto claims where I was leader of 8 field appraisers who were located in 4 states. I have decided to change career paths because I wanted to give back to my community. I have attained several transferable skills over the years which include conflict resolution, employee management, interpersonal communications, leadership capabilities and diversity training. My primary interest would be to get involved in helping those who are under served and underrepresented.
