Working along side the Director and managing all of the in office staff I having a major part in company direction, my role is diverse and spans over the entire business. Having an input with major residential developers in multi billion dollar developments spanning over all parts of Melbourne I specialise in the design and development of residential dwellings from single and double storey stand alone homes to multi residential and townhouse developments.Working on Company Procedures and Strategies, Marketing, HR, Supply Agreements, Procurement, Sales and over seeing all day to day work flow I find this position more and more fulfilling every day.We are Currently developing over 60 townhouses and with another multiple development under planning and countless projects built and occupied it is exciting times for our young and vibrant team. I liaise with site supervisors and contractors on site issues and provide support for all sales staff. I conduct and organise training and further education for staff and contractors when ever the need arises.

After being employed by Urbayne as a Design Manager i have taken on more responsibility and managing on site construction as well as continuing the current work load of the Design Manager

Starting with Simonds as a Sales/Production Estimator i was given the opportunity to lead and manage a team of draftperson and sales and production estimator. This role was very fulfilling to me as i loved mentoring the staff that i was directly and indirectly responsibile for.
