I'm extremely excited to build a new invoicing system that maximizes efficiency and ease-of-use in time for hurricane season. This system will minimize turn-around time, and provide high-definition, real-time reporting for the Operations and Finance teams.

I train and manage a team of field accountants to execute the T&M data collection, billing, and accounting process for large losses that require on-site administrative management. I ensure our bills are well supported and defend them, line-by-line if necessary, to adjusters and consultants. I also generate T&M Pro data files and T&M Field Sheets that conform to our Schedule of Fees, and assist in training billing analysts, project managers, and project directors in the correct implementation of our terms.

Managed the billing and assisted in the planning and production of commercial restoration projects. Responsible for over $200 million in disaster relief billing and tens of millions in direct construction management, each of which exceeded margin targets ahead of schedule. Highlights include:Generating $80 million in billing spread across 400 allocations in Lake Charles, Louisiana after hurricanes Laura and Delta. Work included setting up an office on location and training/managing forty clerks and administrators.Completing a $400,000 soot cleanup of a fire damaged mattress factory in Rancho Cucamonga, California in a week without interrupting production.Managing a $2 million dollar reconstruction of a water damaged nursing home in St. Louis, Missouri at 50% margin. Work included significant MEP and a walk-in freezer replacement.Converting months of hard-dollar billing into T&M billing, and generating an additional $24 million in billing for an earthquake damaged hotel in Anchorage, Alaska. Also assisted with project management and logistics.Generating billing and assisting with logistics and project management for $40 million in commercial work in the Florida Keys and the Virgin Islands after hurricanes Irma and Maria.Completing an $800,000 reconstruction of a nursing home in Memphis, Tennessee ahead of schedule using mostly local labor at 60% margin. I also generated an Excel billing template for this job that the company used without issue for a year before switching over to T&M Pro.

Generated $9 million in reconstruction billing and managed logistics at a fire damaged potato chip factory in Ocala, Florida.

Achieved consistent success developing and implementing strategies to exceed sales and margin targets at the nation's 18th highest-grossing Lowe's.

Oversaw the restoration of a parking garage, a strip mall, and a historic Manhattan hotel damaged by Super Storm Sandy.

Promoted six times in eighteen months to Sales Manager of a twelve million dollar store.
