Deliver professional consultancy within service processes and ensure that processes are being developed, implemented and maintained. Further, drive initiatives and projects within the Process Excellence function to shape our future ways of working in the business unit and Process Excellence department. Tasks:- Coach and train other process consultants in function- Business lead on driving and delivering a proposal for a new service management system- Identify process gaps and risks, and remove them through training and process development- Lead development of new business processes as well as maintain existing ones- Drive the development and strategy of BPM framework in business unit in collaboration with GROUP function- Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure that technology and business needs are merged in standardized and maintained business processes

Driving the execution of strategic initiatives to increase performance and to mature the performance mindset of the business unit by engaging leadership, management and employees to ensure deployment in +60 countries.Tasks: - Conducting financial and business performance analysis to identify areas of improvements to support senior management (Finance Director, Strategy Director, Head of Service) - Identify and drive initiatives to improve business performance (e.g., profit margins, revenue) - Identify, conceptualize and deploy Service KPIs - Lead development of needed reports and Power BI dashboards together with IT and Finance professionals, to ensure needed level of transparency - Contributing to the strategic work around the reorganization in the business unit- Turning data into compelling stories to drive decision making and ensure management commitment
