Review, and process import documentation for an assigned base of key accounts - Process Customs release, arrange pick up, delivery of cargo, invoice clients - Coordinate the release of goods from the airlines, Customs, or other governmental agency examinations that may be required - Explore different airline & trucker options to reduce cost and increase revenues - Daily correspondence & Communication with overseas offices- Daily reports for key accounts, with shipments details. - Handling In bond documentation / declaration - Negotiate buying / selling rates - Prepare rate quotes for new and existing customers - Work closely with other departments to deliver high level of customer service.
