Manage rail and road crossings with county officials and Department of TransportationSupport Borger Refinery remediation programs, community relation efforts, real estate, and cost saving initiativesDraft and negotiate real estate documents and encumbrances regarding corporeal and incorporeal property for benefit of in-house and third party land development and title curative Support region asset engineers, major maintenance, and environmental through tool runs, anomaly digs, line relocations, encroachments, hydro-tests, and day-to-day land relations including damages and settlements with delegation of authority up to $100,000Proficient knowledge of professional land systems such as ArcGIS, Quorum, and Google Earth for parcel layers, project shapefiles, and agreement data
