Coordinator Data Analysis and Data Handling | Business Intelligence | SSC CustomsThe Shared Service Centre Customs (SSCC) provides its services to Philips organizations based in seven European countries. At the SSCC my responsibilities include the translation of operational/business needs and requirements towards Reports and small applications. All non-obligatory reports are created and maintained within Business Intelligence to provide a flexible quick response to changing needs. For specific needs we provide ad-hoc analyses or we provide the means for the business to create their own selections.All documentation for reports and applications (created at SSCC), including Instructions fall under my responsibility. In 2014 the responsibility was expanded with the task of Quality Officer. That year i made created our Quality Management System in SharePoint.

During this half year I documented and improved all applications with actual programming instead of macros. In June I was given a permanent position within the department.
