My practice further includes the structuring and implementation of joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general corporate work.I am advising on Corporate and M&A matters since more than a decade.As a former M&A and Group General Counsel of a Pharma and Chemicals Investment Company with a turnover of more than 2 billion € and over 30 Production sites globally I have a deep understanding of the specifics of the pharma and chemicals industry and the specific needs of in-house legal counsel and business operations in general.I have also done numerous transactions in other industry sectors, including various technology related deals.
