• Drive the entire Office 365 program (Vision, roadmap, PI and iterations) according to the Ferring Agile Delivery Model.• Responsible for defining Features, Stories and PI Objectives according to stakeholder’s requirements while keeping business value metrics high.• Manage business stakeholders (Corp Com, HR, Privacy, other functions) to identify and define milestones and objectives.• Prioritize the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program initiatives.• Maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity between the different Features and Stories carried out by the team.• Oversee and coordinate the work of 10 team members to maximize the value produced in each iteration.Success Owner / Change Manager • Ensure the realization of business goals across different streams of the Office 365 rollout.• Define and drive the change management plan to ensure the adoption of new ways of working at Ferring.• Monitor the usage of Microsoft 365 and drive adoption campaigns to keep adoption trends above target.• Manage different training communication roadmaps and plans for Office 365 based on a blended learning approach.Communication / Community Manager• Oversee company-wide communications about Office 365 solutions.• Manage day-to-day Yammer user community activities and initiatives.• Define and provide guidance and best practices to business users.• Ensure the correct implementation of communication and training plans.Architecture• Responsible for defining the roadmap, execution plan and oversee budget for the Office 365 rollout.• Responsible for the entire Microsoft 365 Design, Governance and Implementation streams.• Define and implement transition plans from on prem to the cloud for communication and collaboration solutions (including telephony, online meetings).• Monitor and support efficient day-to-day operations in SharePoint 2013.
