(10,000 producers);- Responsible for the implementation of the project "Digitalization of traceability" in the cooperative COOP ESPOIR ALEPE in connection with the University of Bordeaux;- Member of the team responsible for setting up the projects: “Cocoa Horizons”, “GAP Adoption Observations”, “Farmer Graduation System”, “Farm Development Plan”, “Cocoatechs” in collaboration with BARRY CALLEBAUT;- Implementation of social action: construction of school, maternity, hydraulic pump; implementation of the SSRTE (Child Labor Remediation System and Monitoring) in partnership with FLA (Fair Labor Association), the ICI Foundation;- Implementation of IGAs and VSLAs in collaboration with CARE INTERNATIONALE in the selected communities of the SNAPAL and COOP ESPOIR cooperatives;- Member of the team in charge of setting up the MOBILE BANKING project at SNAPAL in collaboration with the company ADVANS (with the opening of more than 1,000 bank accounts for voluntary producers);- CO-Partnership with Callivoire for the establishment of 68 demonstration plots for pesticides and pruning (pruning) at SNAPAL (23 localities) and COOP ESPOIR (11 localities).- Responsible for the selection of producers to benefit from inputs (insecticides, fungicides) from the Cocoa Coffee Council

- In charge of sampling more than 10 lots/day of green coffee and cocoa at NESTLE and the port of Abidjan;- Responsible for Quality Control of coffee and cocoa beans coming from the port of Abidjan (sorting of defects, establishment of the defect sheet, determination of the humidity rate, verification of the size of the beans)- Member of the team in charge of decision-making on the acceptance or refusal of batches of cocoa and green coffee;- Participation in the roasting and production of ground coffee for sensory analysis of green coffee.

- Responsible for control and approval of raw materials upon receipt;- In charge of the control of finished products and decision of the release of the product;- Responsible for the development of the daily inventory of stocks of raw materials and CPO (Crude Palm Oil) and organic fertilizers produced on site;- In charge of the preparation of the daily production report and monitoring of the preventive maintenance program;- Responsible for establishing issue slips, purchase orders and delivery slips;- Participation in the audit for the RSPO standard.

- Member of the team in charge of improving the quality of refined sugar through the optimization of the brown sugar refining process;- In charge of the implementation of an optimization software serving as a tool for decision-making assistance- Contribution to the implementation of the Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000).
