Since 2002 at Valeo Lighting Systems, I've evolved of CAD designer of components for headlamp (connectors, sensors for aiming, electronic driver) to R&D engineer on lighting modules projects including the technical management of several metiers (CAD, optic Engineer, electronic engineer, mechanical simulation ...).On the different projects, I needed to communicate with suppliers, customers, production teams, tests laboratory and others to reach the QCD requirements.I master the quality Tools need for technical developments, and mainly the QRQC method (PDCA, FTA, 5 Why) to solve complex problems and to define a correction to apply on the standards.During a short time, I worked in innovative process team which gave me a complementary experiences on ultra-thin coating (aluminizing, silver coating, anti-reflective coating) and thermal conductive plastics.In the framework of some innovative projects, I was able to present somes patents for Valeo account.Interested and curious of all innovative items, I am now thriving in the field of the future of 48V electric motor design.
