Stéphane Bérubé joined the National Bank of Canada in 2014 as Vice-President of IT Operations, Delivery of Infrastructures and Security Assets. Reporting to the CIO, Mr. Bérubé now leads a team of more than 650 employees across Canada. He is responsible for all activities related to operations and technology infrastructure projects. He is also responsible for the strategic contract management and overall governance of vendor performance in Operations and IT. His priority is to build solid infrastructures to ensure the continuous availability, stability and security of all IT environments dedicated to National Bank internal users and external clients. Stéphane Bérubé was also a member of the Board of Directors of ATA-IT located in Thailand until may 2024.M. Bérubé holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Montreal and has over 25 years of experience in the information technology sector. For M. Bérubé, inclusiveness and diversity translates into being "whole.” It is essential that everyone can come to work with wholeness and integrity. Being passionate in the arts, Stéphane Bérubé became a proud member of the board of directors in 2020 for the Jean Duceppe Foundation. This foundation aims to develop the interest of the general public for theater as well as to support the implementation of activities with a social and educational scope for young people, families and underprivileged populations by making theater accessible to all.
