Over the past 22 years in HR, including 12 years as a unit manager in an HR department, I have had the opportunity to play key roles as manager and professional in several areas of Human Resource Management; at the level of service delivery to clients/HR operations and at the corporate level/HR policies (in labor relations, classification/job evaluation, staffing, organizational development and compensation).My professional aspirations are to leverage my diverse skills and work experience to lead, provide guidance, orient and coach a team of HR professionals working in the various operational and strategic areas of human resources. I like to contribute directly and positively to the development of all human resources orientations of the organizations (strategies, orientations, projects/programs and HR service delivery).
