Desjardins Group is the largest cooperative financial group in Canada. The group structure holds a network of 360 caisses with each one possessing it's own BOD. - Preparation and negotiation of various “sell-side” and “buy-side” transaction documents (NDA, teaser, CIM, EOI, LOI)- Working on financial structure for strategic projects and acquisitions- Management of "datarooms" and coordination of the process and communications with potential investors- Complex financial modeling- Buy-side and sell-side prospecting (strategic investors, financial investors, acquisition targets, etc.)- Market research and strategic reviews- Business valuations (levered, unlevered, asset based, income based, comps)- Involved sectors : Early-stage, finance, energy, technology, food, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, real estate

As an analyst, my main task is to collaborate with team members to offer audit services to clients in various sectors.- Financial audits, reviews and compilations- Analysis and understanding of clients' business processes- Proposal of business solutions in connection with the regulatory authorities- Performing due diligence reviews to assess the potential value of target companies- Analysis, risk management and financial projections

My task is mainly to promote the group and the CPA image across the region of Québec by organising different events and by collaborating with different partners.
