I’m part of a Technical Support & Development team for DuPont, highly customer focused for the Healthcare Industry since 2013. In this role I lead the Liquid Injection Molding operation to support applications and development of the next generation of Liquid Silicone Rubbers. Our most exciting work to date was the development of the next generation of Healthcare moldable grade QP1-2 LSR product line that sets new standards in terms of processability allowing enhanced performances for the medical device manufacturers and fabricators. In parallel, I have fun working with silicone adhesives to support customer applications and development of new products for Pharma & Medical Devices segments. I’m considered as a very good team player by my peers, pragmatism & scientific rigor are aspects of my personality that create a strong dynamic in projects to successfully drive the team towards goals achievement.Before joining the Healthcare industry, I worked for seven years as an analytical specialist in the Analytical Sciences department of Dow Corning – and was lucky by the opportunities given to demonstrate strong ownership and developed solid expertise & knowledge of a broad array of analytical tools such as Liquid and Gas Chromatography for instance. Delivering solutions to both internal and external customers have sharpened my customer focus skill.I’m truly enthusiastic about my work & always eager to connect with other colleagues regardless of the Business Industry or Company. While enjoying all aspects of my job, the most interesting part of a project is working with the client to understand his business needs. As we go through that collaborative process, aspects such as discovering everyday life new technologies is always the fun part.I have a General Academic Studies degree in Materials Science from the Université de Picardie Jules Verne (France) & a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical from the IPKN - Provincial College of Charleroi (Belgium).
