Several project highlights include the following:- Developed construction methodology and installation procedures for unique polymer concrete application;- Implemented and enforced improved productivity tools for operations department (such as cost tracking and progress reports);- Improved field documentation, quality control, and communications with main offices and customer;

Responsible for managing 50% of projects held by Canadian mining division. Primary responsibilities included the following:- Responsible for sales and management of projects;- Handle / manage projects from initial RFE until final completion / close-out;- Primary point of contact for four (4) separate mining clients;- Implemented and standardized key management tools, such as daily progress reporting.

Responsible for providing quality control reports, inspection and repair recommendation reports, as well as cost tracking for several construction projects. Updated and improved company-wide templates for bid proposals, cost-tracking, delay reporting, daily project reporting, inspection reports, and time sheets. Developed and implemented a project planning and shipping / receiving software based off of Windows Visual Basic and Microsoft Excel.
