As an TRANSFORMATION LEADER and AGILE@SCALE COACH, I lead and coach huge(*) agile@scale transformations: from the definition and deployment of the new organization structure aligned with value streams and business strategy to the deployment of Agile and Agile@scale practices including, deployment of many worldwide SAFe Agile Release Trains, deployment of wide Large Solution train (10 trains) and Planning Conference, deployment of Lean Agile Portfolio, moving from a vertical to an horizontal management model, deployment of Lean Agile Budgeting, construction of a Target Operating Model.(*) In Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, I lead the transformation of 12 tribes (> 1000p) in the scope of 8000p Agile@scale transformation. In Orange I am the lead coach a LPM and facilite a 10 trains Large Solution.I am particularly interested in enterprise transformation strategy and approach.
