👉 Since 2020, I have been working as an independent consultant specializing in climate change, collaborating with clients such as Akuo Energy, Bluefloat Energy, Technip Energies, Schlumberger, Arcelor Mittal, Total Energies, Suez, and the University of Reunion. I have led offshore wind projects, developed market entry strategies, carried out strategic analyses, and improved sustainability reports. I have also designed and facilitated training courses on climate change to strengthen the teams' skills in sustainable development and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

In the Climate Division, my responsibilities were:- To be the AFD carbon footprint main expert.- To lead internal and external training about the climate context, energy and GHG mitigation options.- To build a database of climate country analysis- To be the AFD main mitigation expert for the evolution of the Common Principle for climate mitigation tracking finance- To be an official AFD communication expert

Responsible for the activities of Technip in the field of renewable energies Main markets covered: - Biofuels and green chemistry - Solar - Marine energies (mainly offshore wind) - CCS - GeothermalMy achievements are: - Coordination and implementation of Technip answers to various tenders in connection with different Business Units of the Group. - Definition and implementation of multiannual R&D programs of Technip in the field of renewable energies. - Creation of the Technip Offshore Wind dedicated business unit in Europe. Responsible for the development of Technip Offshore Wind activities in France. In that position, I have been deeply involved with Iberdrola/Eole RES and Areva for the award of the St Brieuc zone (spring 2012) that was part of the first French offshore wind tender. I set up the support that Technip gave to ENGIE to answer the 2nd offshore wind tender in France (ENGIE won 2 zones) - Initiation of the strategic positioning of Technip in the floating offshore wind emerging market (Vertiwind /Inflow project and Hywind) with EDF EN and STATOIL as clients. Support to EDF EN for the EU NER 300 project (25 MW floating offshore project in the south of France). - Set-up various partnerships with technology providers such as Areva Solar, CIMV (biorefinery) or Cansolv (100% subsidiary of Shell, CO2 capture technology). - Creation of a carbon offset program with the Goodplanet foundation

In charge of the alternative energies area and responsible for the analysis of the long-term evolution of the road transport energy supply. My main achievements have been: - Recognized Life Cycle Analysis expert of alternative pathways to petroleum fuels (biofuels, hydrogen and greenhouse gas reductions , ...) - Author of numerous publications including a significant contribution to the EU reference “Well to wheel " analysis study of the JRC, as well as participation to the IFP EN book about biofuels (" Biofuels status and development perspectives" published by Technip Editions) - Set up the "low carbon" offer of AXENS (100% subsidiary of IFP IN ) in an association with ORBEO (JV between RHODIA and SOCIETE GENERALE dedicated to the Carbon Credit market)
