• Manage a portfolio of important clients with several billion in pension assets, for some largest and most complex clients of the firm in a wide range of industries.• Generate million of annual revenues in the retirement line of business and across other lines of business (benefits, investment, talent and rewards and executive compensation).• Lead strategic consulting assignments in key areas: pension’ strategy, plan re-design, liability de-risking, mergers & acquisitions, SERPs and asset/liability modeling.• Act as a recognized expert witness for several lawsuits or arbitration process for pension plans.• Communicate complex matters to diverse expert and non-expert audiences, such as committees’ members, pension plan members, government audiences and executives.• Trusted advisor for the C-suite.• Present regularly to company boards, pension investment committees and pension committees.• Responsible of client retention initiatives.• Responsible of senior consultants engagement initiatives for the Montreal office.
