My main responsibilities is to design and create custom architectural signage drawing like Pylon sign a( Channel Letters, Illuminated sign, non illuminated sign and Urban furniture ) Also design and create advertising graphics for signage, design and create business or corporate logo.Prepare and convert all the graphics files for cutting the vinyl for plotter and CNC routing and cutting. Prepare and convert all the graphics files for printing including color management. I'm the main technician and responsible to send all the files to the vinyl cutter ( Plotter ) and to the large format printer we use Flexi sign pro and Onyx rip software for printing and Gerber Omega software for vinyl cutting.I'm also responsible to prepare all vinyl lettering and graphic for application ( peeling vinyl, Graphic lamination, banner sewing and welding, grommet installation.)I'm responsible to apply all vinyl color, Lettering and graphic on multiple surface. ( ex: Plexiglass, aluminium, metal, wood, vehicle, Banner, wall and window. )I also responsible for the painting special color application on structural signage.Another important responsibility is customer service, write and send all the quote, manage approval project with the customers and sending the invoice.
