In charge of the global quality for the company and IT Manager : First site in Monaco with R&D, Purchase, Prototypes, Executive, After Sales and second site dedicated to manufacturing/assembling/storage. Main missions : Analysis, selection and integration of ERP on 2 sites in Monaco and in France.Develop and maintain the quality system and guarantee the compliance of designed and manufactured electric vehicles with various designed components' family as battery pack, motors, inverters, chargers etc ....Implement quality improvement for processes : ex : manage and train technical departments to FMEAnalisys, support field service in resolving problems and drive root cause analysis of failures to find solutions.Manage the quality of complete vehicles manufacturing for the 2nd site in France : production of 1000 Electric Berlingo/Partner for PSA.In direct contact with customers (eg, PSA, La Poste, automotive suppliers) and to efficiently answer to claims an important part of the work was devoted to the implementation and monitoring of all corrective and preventive action plans. Guarantor of the implementation of customer-oriented quality system : audits for products, processes, and system internally and on suppliers' sites. Obtention of ISO 9001 & 14001 certification on production site.
