As the Senior Human Resources Advisor with accountability since 2010, I manage all aspects of the Diversity and Inclusion program of the Ville de Montréal. I implement action plans to ensure that the city, with its 27 000 employees, is a fair, equitable, diverse and high performing organization. I strongly believe in the benefits of strategic partnerships with nonprofit organization and intercultural experts to strengthen diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  As the coordinator of our Diversity and Inclusion program, I design the DEI strategy and actions plans for the city.I am a member of the employability and education circle of the Montreal Urban Aboriginal Community Strategy NETWORK. I also work closely with organizations promoting the employability of citizens with disabilities.In 2017, I formed a working committee with experts of the Réseau national des Organismes Spécialisés dans l'Intégration en emploi des Nouveaux Immigrants, a group of 20 nonprofit organizations, to address recruiting and inclusion issues for immigrants within Montréal’s workforce.
