• Create and provide training on emergency management and business continuity; • Develop and coordinate emergency management and business continuity exercises; • Delivers presentations and briefings on emergency management and business continuity; • Maintain working knowledge of policies, directives and regulations related emergency management and business continuity; and• Liaise with internal stakeholders and Other Government Departments and agencies as required for exchange of information relating emergency management and business continuity.

• Liaise with staff from the US Department of State to request retransfer of controlled defense items or services.• Provide advice to clients at various levels on complex matters related to the interpretation, application and compliance with policy or regulations.• Maintain working knowledge of Canadian and USA policies, directives and regulations related to controlled goods and export controlled.• Liaise with internal stakeholders and Other Government Departments and agencies as required for exchange of information relating to controlled goods and export control.

• Responsible to conduct security screening interviews of CAF/DND Civilian employees who require a secutiry clearance.• Complete an assessment of all pertinent details of any significant adverse information collected and report these details in writing for adjudication following practices, procedures and policies.• Liaise with internal stakeholders and Other Government Departments and agencies as required for exchange of information relating to security clearance files.• Make Recommendations to the Security Investigations Agent Manager regarding administration, operational matters and significant security concerns/adverse information pertaining to the investigator’s subject interview findings.

• Supervision and management of personnel.• Responsible for staffing all administrative and academic correspondence for students and staff.• Responsible for the instruction of students and delivery of the Geomatics Technician Qualification Level 5 Program.• Manage Geomatics and course resources, like all computer equipment, software’s, data, paper and supplies.

• Provided Geomatics support to Canadian Armed Forces members.
