Senior Technical Project Manager
My role was to provide turnkey solutions to French Operators in the field of deployment and commissioning of telecom equipment (Huawei and Alcatel IP DSLAM and routers, CISCO IP routers, servers, etc.) and upgrade of existing ADSL networks (reflectometry, fiber test results checking, electrical connections, maintenance). ResponsabilitiesManage large-scale projects, at a national level, for the major French Telecommunication Operators (SFR, Orange, ...).Implement and coordinate between French operators and new technologies stakeholders such as GOOGLE, APPLE, FACEBOOK, AMAZON, MICROSOFT, VERIZON, OVH, EQUINIX, etc., at a national level, the deployment of physical infrastructures in datacenters (including optical fibers and servers) for peering links.Collect and analyze customer’s needs to implement and monitor the deployment of the equipment.Provide technical expertise and design procedures to improve deployment efficiency.Train and drive the field teams to deliver according to SLAs.Deliver various training to improve the project team’s readiness.Conduct quality and security inspections to ensure compliance with customer’s standards.Conduct E2E test before delivery.Tracking of billing, payment & invoicing process. KPI follow-up with customers and work progress reporting. Manage customer complaints and remediation. Reporting to Leadership.Main AchievementsDrove upgrade of hundreds of Optical Line Terminal (OLT) to secure a FTTx/GPON network of a major French operator (500K€ revenue).Delivered 300 installed and commissioned DSLAM a year (1M€ revenue).Delivered 200 installed and commissioned aggregation switches a year to a customer (600k€ revenue).Led installation and commissioning of FACEBOOK, GOOGLE, NETFLIX cache servers in FRANCE in 2018/2019.Designed time efficient processes reducing delivery time by 20% .Drove installation and commissioning of an ADSL network in Parisian stadiums (Stade de France and Parc des Princes) for RUGBY WORLD CUP 2007.
