Definition, implementation and deployment of a collaborative CRM tool for global Customer Care and technical support teams.Using the Agile methodology, a minimum viable product was defined in collaboration with stakeholders from the customer service team and implemented as the first building block.As Product Owner I was involved in the definition of the product with the stakeholders and the Business Owner. As a project manager, I was in parallel in charge of managing subcontractors and relations with IT to support the product infrastructure.The tool is now used worldwide (FR, UK, US, DE...) to manage customer imaging requests, from quotes to invoicing.

Implementation of the Agile Scrum method, project management tools (Redmine / Jira), automatic tests and continuous integration of the following software products:Mosaic: Tools for automating satellite (telecom & earth observation) control centers and performing satellite integration tests. Automated task planning/sequencing interface via scripts and/or BPM-type workflows. Telma: Software infrastructure providing a calculation farm for all satellite telemetries for the entire Airbus telecom & earth observation satellites . Web interface for the support team in orbit and offered as Software As A Service (Java, javascript, RMI, BD Mysql, hibenate…). Service operating 24/7.
