Customer Service: my circle is now complete….I started in the industrial world as a precision mechanics through a 4 years apprenticeship when I was 16 years old. From there on, I moved from one Industry to the other, from continent to continent. I never stopped learning and I am not intending to!Looking back, my journey has been incredibly rewarding, both professionally and for myself.It is only about 15 years ago that I realized I had a thing finding solutions for demanding Customers. First in the international sales of high tech industrial equipment, then in solving Customer problems. This is what I enjoy the most today at AISA. Here, together with a strong experienced Team of co-workers, I can play a part in solving a difficult technical challenge or create a product in order to fulfill a new Customer requirement.The Industry has no longer a place for dull, non-innovative and unreactive Companies. This is what makes AISA appealing to me. To my eyes, it is an “added value” rich environment.A big part of my job is to ensure our Customers are aware of that and can feel it on a day to day basis!
