I am a business lawyer admitted at the Paris Bar since 1988 after I graduated from University Paris X and University of Miami.I co-founded Neptune in 2015 with 3 of my ex partners at Orsay which I had joined in 2006 from KGA where I spent 19 years.I help french and foreign business leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals to deal with all corporate and legal issues. My services include mediation and commercial and civil litigation before all french courts. My experience covers several and various transactions in many fields of the economy, with a special focus on media at large, including sport, TV and radio production, IT, advertising, e-commerce and digital.
