After a restructuration in April 2012, I kept the hardware departement. During the 2012 the département, perform to high level, 4 out 6 position within the departement were awarded the 2012 client Services Star. This show the level of commitment I was able to get out of my associates during that time. The department exceeded the sale forecast in 2012 by 6%.

As manager for the depratements I am responsible for the scheduling, day to day operations of the departements. Ensuring an high efficient client services are kept to the standards of the compagny. I am responsible for the merchandising as well as neatness of all three departements.

I was responsible for managing personel, provided evaluation for associates. I was responsible to ensure all 3 deprtements were always ready for business. I was the point of contact for all external compagnies. Ensuring the orders were past and delivered as scheduled.

Full time in hardware department. my responsabilities includes, constumer services, helping in the department organisation.

during my 20yrs career I hold many positions. I was a SONAR operator onboard ship on the west coast (Victoria BC, Canada) I was onboard HMCS Mackenzie, Regina, Calgary as an operator (91-97) and then onboard HMCS Huron and Algonquin as first level supervisor to approximately 10 persons. (97-2001)I Also responsible to deliver training to new operators from Canadian Forces Fleet School (Esquimalt) for a period of 2 years as a Senior instructor. (2001-2003)Then I Completed my service at teh Canadian Forces Fleet School (Quebec) as senior instructor for route survey training. I was also the Network Security specialist from 2006-2011.
