I began my career in the hospitality industry as a server, gaining valuable experience over many years. While in college, I took on roles training staff and launching a new restaurant. Transitioning to hotels, I handled night audits and front desk duties before relocating to Ohio. There, I served as the front desk manager for two extended stay hotels at a dual property for several years.My career then led me to a pivotal role at a newly established Courtyard by Marriott in Ohio as Operations Manager. I played a crucial role in its launch, overseeing all aspects of hotel operations including managing the bistro and training staff extensively on daily policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.After moving back to North Carolina, I transitioned to a fulfilling role at Wake County Human Services, where I've served as a long-term care case manager for the past 10 years. During this period, I pursued my passion for hospitality by attending pastry school.. I thrive on challenges and am passionate about integrating technology to optimize business operations. My diverse experiences have equipped me with a unique skill set, and I am eager to return to my true passion in hospitality, where I can innovate, inspire, and continue making a positive impact on my community.
