Transitioning to hotels, I handled night audits and front desk duties before relocating to Ohio. There, I served as the front desk manager for two extended stay hotels at a dual property for several years.My career then led me to a pivotal role at a newly established Courtyard by Marriott in Ohio as Operations Manager. I played a crucial role in its launch, overseeing all aspects of hotel operations including managing the bistro and training staff extensively on daily policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.After moving back to North Carolina, I transitioned to a fulfilling role at Wake County Human Services, where I've served as a long-term care case manager for the past 10 years.
