Reinforcing a legal department of 4 people, I contribute to the pooling of the legal service within the LVMH Wines & Spirit Division for the 3 Maisons de Champagne Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, Krug, and Canard Duchêne (the latter being sold to Group Thiénot in 2003).Practising my expertise in industrial property law and copyright, I soon extend my scope of activity to several other fields of business law, notably in contract law, exclusive distribution relationship, and compliance with Loi Evin advertising regulation.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW: ► managing trademarks and designs portfolios, ► securing copyrights and image rights for a public relations photo library of +900 visuals, ► drafting intellectual property assignment and license agreements, ► managing litigation, negotiating and drafting settlement agreements, ► conducting training sessions to raise the awareness of marketing and sales teams on intellectual property issues,► participating to the coordination of the fight against counterfeiting for the LVMH Wines & Spirit division.
