In this role, my responsibility is1/ to develop the airline network to and from Lyon Saint exupery airport2/ to develop the revenue from the commercial areas and the car parks3/ to develop Cargo activities4/ to ensure the global offering of Lyon Saint Exupery is marketed effectively.I manage a team of 50 people to achieve these objectives.

Whithin the white label activities of Expedia, my responsibilities include :- grow a portfolio worth 100M$ of contribution to Expedia turnover.- launch and develop new customers- learn and share best practices in web marketing to develop the turnover of the client base.

Global responsibility for Air P&L, as well as team management across 8 countries in Europe.Definition and implementation of the Air product strategy through project deliveries and change management. Sales and revenue responsibilities across Europe. Management of the Air product team, and cross functional relationship with Revenue Management, Marketing and Local teams.

Responsibility for defining and implementing the online 3rd party distribution strategy from 2001 until 2003, with a specific focus on the business travel sector, in relation with the various stakeholders in the business (Revenue Management, Commercial organisation).Involvement in the creation of Opodo, an online venture funded by nine European airlines.Senior level negotiations around Amadeus participations in online travel agencies.

Full P&L responsibilities. Turned MAF into a profitable business within 2 years.Team management.Financial reporting into the holding structure.

Overall responsibility for revenue and yield performance on South East Asian routesNegotiation and implementation of the pricing strategy across the key markets for these routes.
