Assist the board of directors of the Montreal Sustainable Mobility Agency: participation in meetings of the innovation, strategy and sustainable development committee and contribution to the strategic decisions to guide the Agency's operations.

As part of the Innovation and Strategy vice-presidency, launch the operations and structure this newly created Hydro-Québec subsidiary.– Start-up, positioning and strategic planning of InnovHQ;– Strategy for mobilizing and structuring entrepreneurship in the energy transition;– Structuring and carrying out two innovation challenges with the entrepreneurial community.

– Structuring and positioning of an innovation unit within the City of Montréal; – Contribution to several organizational strategies including the Montréal 2030 strategic plan and the Digital Montréal strategy; – Winner of the federal government's Smart Cities Challenge competition with a $50M prize; – Launch of several innovation and experimentation initiatives: Autonomous vehicles, 5G test zone, digital inclusion, CityStudio, and others.

– Design and execution of an open data policy as well as data governance mechanisms and a data management maturity model;– Negotiation of data partnership agreements with private companies (e.g. Google/Waze) ;– Contribution to several " smart city " portfolio projects: InnoCité startup accelerator, smart traffic light management programs and road closure management tools.
