Reporting to the CEO, is responsible for maintaining and championing the product roadmap vision of the company B2C & B2B offering. In charge of aligning customers, sales, engineering and business operations needs, has led the strategic objective to improve the product to increase carriers digital transformation business KPIs (NPS improvement, user-base growth, ARPU increase, churn reduction).- Has managed an interdisciplinary team of 10 persons composed of product managers/directors and UX/UI designers, to aggressively build business-oriented features and to design exciting acquisition/retention customer journeys adaptable to the local markets with their specific legacy user habits and expectations,- Has fostered the MVP approach for incremental features to respond to business needs as early as possible,- Has established regular formal eStaff and customers product roadmap reviews to drive alignment towards development execution,- Has put in place a customer-centric product requirement sign-off process based on UX life cycle and user testing insights to achieve delightful experiences with strong business impacts,- Has increased the direct interactions of the product managers with customers to efficiently loop back customer needs and user feedback,- Has been representing the Product team to Board meetings,- Has partnered with Sales/BusinessOperations team to ensure alignment on product strategy/KPIs, and has contributed to the sales materials with compelling positioning and key selling points that clearly articulate and differentiate the innovative offering of the company.

Has participated in the definition of multi-tenant SaaS capabilities such as user-engagement, marketing and monetization enablement,- Sales: has provided support to the Sales teams with customer meetings and demos,- Delivery: has formalized the customer engagement and delivery models by creating marketing and technology blueprints.

Reporting to the VP of Platform Product Management, has taken leadership for shaping the 4G strategy of the company:- Has expanded the IP mediation product line focus to to align with standard bodies by acting as the company delegate at 3GPP,- Has contributed to the elaboration of company positioning papers, blogs, collateral, sales enablement and training materials, - Was actively involved with the Engineering team in the 4G strategy execution,- Has lead partnership engagements in terms of solution and joint-architecture definition for IOT and OEM purposes.Responsible for Product Management for the User Data Repository offering, has been defining and evangelizing the 4G positioning and the go-to-market plan.
