Lead multi-million dollar projects encompassing Online Banking and implemented 150 new or upgraded retail and commercial applications into the production environment over a 3-year period as part of overall strategy to decrease project duration by 50 percent. Example projects below: • Online Banking Program Manager: Scoped and led architecture definition for $2,000,000 project to take nationalcity.com into Gomez top ten with estimated increases in LOBs internet based product revenue ranging from 10% to 30%. Scoped, led architecture definition, and oversaw implementation of new internally developed online banking system. Eliminated expense stream of maintenance fees and reduced dependence on vendors for code delivery. Saved LOB over $1,000,000 in yearly maintenance fees. • Online Banking Self-Hosting Project Manager: Lead effort to bring online banking, version one, from an externally hosted environment in-house. This effort was a multi-divisional, multi-corporation effort and time constrained due to hosting vendor’s bankruptcy. Successfully transitioned application from Reston, Virginia, to Cleveland, Ohio, with no interruptions to service. By moving the application in-house, application uptime was increased by 25% and vendor fees were reduced by $250,000 annually. • Service Oriented Architecture Rollout: Defined and implemented enterprise wide rollout of SOA for LOB projects. Coordinated needs of several LOBs into one infrastructure project to drive each LOB to save initial licensing costs, ongoing maintenance fees, and production support costs. Accomplished estimated savings per year for LOBs range from $250,000 to $500,000. SOA rollout recouped over $2,400,000 immediately in labor due to reuse of existing retail components.
