ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESDirectly reporting to the Executive Vice-President: • Responsible for the overall strategy of the systems associated with the digital transformation. • Develop the vision, strategic plan, its execution, launches, performance indicators, the roadmap, and the processes for communicating results. • Recruit and lead the different expertise required for the transformation (change management, e-commerce, content creation, project management office, software-development teams, IT and QA). • Establish and manage interactive marketing strategies and their analytics.
