About Stephane Leduc

Leader with over 18 years of experience in IT, technology, e-commerce, and digital marketing. During my career, I had the opportunity to lead significant technology projects (such as websites and platforms redesigns, and large-scale change management projects) notably within well-established Canadian corporations, in the media and retail domains. Under my responsibility, I had the privilege to lead brilliant collaborators, among the best in the industry. One of my greatest strengths and source of pride is my ability to choose my collaborators carefully. One of my mentors always told me to select collaborators by prioritizing those who have the genuine desire to make a difference. Indeed, I believe that people are the raw material of a business and, when aligned, make a difference in the success of a project. I trust that I also can motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams toward a common goal. Always keeping my eyes on the company goals, I know how to value and leverage the talents of my team members. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESDirectly reporting to the Executive Vice-President: • Responsible for the overall strategy of the systems associated with the digital transformation. • Develop the vision, strategic plan, its execution, launches, performance indicators, the roadmap, and the processes for communicating results. • Recruit and lead the different expertise required for the transformation (change management, e-commerce, content creation, project management office, software-development teams, IT and QA). • Establish and manage interactive marketing strategies and their analytics.
