Tasked with crisis management, our board's imperative was to enact strategic initiatives that preserved the vitality of the arts while navigating the complexities of a rapidly shifting landscape.Our response was characterized by swift adaptation and decisive policymaking, ensuring continuity for artists and cultural entities amidst financial and logistical disruptions. We introduced innovative frameworks for engagement and leveraged digital transformation to maintain the arts as a central, cohesive force in society.The crucible of the pandemic served not only as a test of endurance but as an impetus for sectoral evolution. It was a period that underscored the arts' capacity for resilience and its pivotal role in societal identity.
