Blood-Brain Barrier in-vitro models. Screening of molecules. CNS Expertise.CELLIAL TECHNOLOGIES is a French company that offers services and expertise through different in vitro models of the Central Nervous System (CNS). CELLIAL Technologies determines the ability for molecules to reach the brain compartment by using in vitro models of the Blood-Brain Barrier (BBB) in the early development stages of a new molecule. Cellial’s in vitro models mimic in vivo conditions by reproducing blood and brain compartments on each side of a filter. CELLIAL Technologies provides endothelial cells of cerebral capillaries to enable industrial companies to implement an in vitro model and then to test the transport of their molecules across the Blood-Brain Barrier.Cellial develops models to fit of needs for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, agro/health and biotech … industries and is also available for research contract and particular study design in pathological context. RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT - Purchases of materials, cost tracking, inventory management.
