• Management and administration of resources, both financial and people, to fulfil job responsibilities.• Managing FM teams and service providers throughout the region and leading towards qualitative operational delivery.• Implementing operational and outsourcing strategy. Negotiating and optimizing cost effective Hard & Soft service contracts for office, R&D, retail, industrial sites.• Management of contractor service performance and ensuring standards are in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.• Ensuring all staff and contractors operate in compliance with H&S policies and legal requirements• Focusing on FM best practice and implementing a Quality Management system to deliver superior client service.• Project management: site relocations, refurbishments, fit-outs, site rehabilitations/extensions, office moves and dilaps/decommissionning.• Implementing workplace models vs occupancy as per changing office requirements.• Ensuring delivery of Real Estate services and lease management. • Property and Asset Management : focus on efficient statutory building maintenance, promoting compliance and performance of technical installations and infrastructures in order to maintain/enhance property value on the market.• Building energy management and consumption controle through implementation of renewable/high efficiency energy sources and installations.• Managing and optimizing site Facility budgets.• A strong customer service approach with full accountability of the financial results for the region.
