• Developed the Mesydel software, a decision support tool that became a spin-off of the University of Liège. ° Authored several book chapters and various scientific articles about Mesydel. ° The spin-off later secured the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation as a notable client.

• Developed Mesydel, a qualitative analysis software for decision support and decision-making using the Delphi method, in co- construction with other academics. ° Facilitated and accelerated the data collection and analysis process, significantly increasing efficiency. ° Conducted numerous academic researches, some involving nearly a thousand experts and conducted in multiple languages, which is 20 times more than a traditional Delphi qualitative research. ° Numerous academic researches for public and private partners.• Authored and co-authored numerous academic articles on sociology of science, political science, and public health.
