Created by and for the webperf community, We ❤️ Speed was born from the desire to share as widely as possible knowledge and experience about webperf. Web professionals, e-commerce and webperf experts, this event is for you! Decision makers, developers… let's meet for a day, and maybe a few evenings, in one of the most beautiful cities in France, to discuss web performance: its challenges, its implementation, its stakeholders but also the organization of the companies that implement it.

During 10 years, I have been a key actor in the growth of the company : from a technical expert position within a startup to the management of IT systems and people in a leading eCommerce company. Managed IT teams : Development (front-end, back-end), Project Managers, Network operation (70 people, 3 sites)Defined technical and strategic directions, chose the technologies and the general architecture of the whole IT system. Reported to the CEO, member of the Management Committee. Responsible for the performances of the group’s sites and the quality of the development. Responsible for the internal users IT (telephone, fax, email).Improved the service quality for internal users through different methodologies (ITIL, Agile) Traded with suppliers and contractors Some achievements :• rewrote and optimised almost of rueducommerce.com code • opened a 2nd Datacenter, set up a DRP • created Project Manager and IT Operation teams, launched a spanish version avenidadelcomercio.es • launched the MarketPlace, drove a recruitment plan during 18 months (25 people hired) • successfully integrated topachat.com (2 months) et alapage.com (2 months) • led the transition to Agile methods
