Responsibility: building the team for the technical tasks of taking a product from preparations and installation to managing the installed base of products. Total team have capabilities for analyzing all Product data via online Machine Learning algorithms to determine potential service need, making the quality assessment of potential service requests and the service capabilities to either solve the service need ourselves or via service partner. Service desk, partner training, web tools and service apps are also in the scope. Final solution is scalable via service- and installation partners.

Responsibility: Managing the engineering department, focusing on HW development of dialysis monitors. This include Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Industrialization and also Test & Verification (HW-, SW- and System Verification). Driving and implementing the Lean principles into R&D, starting with e.g 5S in labs.Key learnings: * The difference between consumer electronics and medical device development, the different driving mechanisms behind development needs.* The importance of strategic planning of both competence development as well as product planning

Responsibility: Managing an international team that prioritize and feed back perceived quality from customers and consumers to product development. The team ensure that product development really uses this feedback to prevent issues and improve quality in several different ways. The team is built on both direct reports and dotted line reports in several countries and also in different companies.Key learnings:* Having managers as direct reports, and how to manage a virtual team with dotted line reports* Communication and visibility of plans/roadmaps is key for managing a team distributed over several countries and companies.

Roles: Senior specialist in Design for supply, Requirement handling project manager. Supply chain establishment project manager.Key learnings: * Understanding of the complexity of industrializing a new product and the many dependencies between R&D, Production, Purchasing, Quality etc.* It is possible to prevent many supply chain problems with e.g early and good supply requirements.

Responsibility: Industrial researcher at IVF (Swedish Institute of Productione Engineering Institute). Developed a new DFA-method to improve producibility during product development: DFA2. Consultant in DFx and production engineering. All is documented in PhD thesis.Key learnings: * Understanding of the interaction between product development and production process and how to develop a product with high producibility. * Product modularization and how to build product platforms for strategic product- and production development
