Peer Networker at Blake Library of the Sydney University of Technology. This role had a strong customer service focus, in which I was the first point of contact for students seeking assistance and orientation in the Blake Library of the Sydney University of Technology. I provided individual training in academic areas such as essay writing, citation rules and course orientation and application in the Sydney University environment. I also assisted skill group classes focused on IT systems and hot topics around academics for students.

I worked as a bartender and cocktail mixer in the famous Old Clare bar, which was voted as #1 NSW hotel bar 2016 as well as #1 Sydney hotel bar 2016. I was soon responsible for operations as lead of shift in close cooperation with associated high-end Kensington Street Social restaurant and the Old Clare hotel business. Part of my duties were customer service, team shift lead as well as training/on-boarding of new hires.

I joined the management team of a company-wide ERP change management programme in the introduction of SAP B1 in an Austrian SME in the wine commercial industry of around 300 employees.My responsibilities entailed the coordination of the various sub-projects, conducting workshops with key-users, in which I facilitated the cooperation with the IT-consultant. As the assistant to the Project Manager, I was also involved in strategic planning, internal communication about the project and delegation of work packages to key-users and project stakeholders. Furthermore, I was involved in IT-related duties like management of suppliers, managing the company IT-infrastructure and the introduction of an automated document management system.

In the part-time internship at this consulting company, I prepared and assisted workshops in communication psychology with various clients. I assisted the head psychologist in various business-related areas, made first office work experiences and was introduced to the management of business clients. I gained a first-hand overview of the professional service industry and learned valuable insights in consulting work.
